How can i contact the customers’ service?

You can join our customers’ service from Monday to Thursday from 8 to 12 am and from 1 to 6 pm; on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm.

Account

Why create an account?

When you order for the first time on our internet site www.jetspirit.be, we invite you to create your account. Your account allows you to identify yourself and to order quicker but also to have a lot of information (followed by your orders, your personal data, the delivery addresses …).

How create my account?

To create your account, click on the keypad “create an account”. Fill in the fields of the entry form and follow the instructions.

I have forgotten my password ? My identifier ? What can I do?

When you click on the tab “connexion”, your identifier and your keyword are asked. Have you forgotten them? Click on “forgotten keyword”. Then follow the instructions. After that you will receive a mail with all the asked information.

Order

How can I order on your internet site?

To order on www.jetspirit.be, you must select your chosen product and add it in your order basket. When you have selected all your products, click on the tab “basket” and follow the instructions.
If it is your first purchase on our site, we invite you to create a customer’s account. This account will allow you to identify yourself and to order easier for a next time.

How can I be sure my order has passed?

When you have confirmed and paid your basket, we send you a mail to confirm your order. This e-mail will also recapitulate your order.

I have a problem when I order. What can I do?

When you have a problem, you can contact our customers’ service. You can phone from Monday to Thursday from 8 to 12 am and from 1 to 6 pm; every Saturday from 9 to 3pm.

Payment

How can I pay?

You can pay by cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Maestro.

Is my payment secured?

You can order on our site, it is guaranteed. All your transactions on our site are guaranteed by the use of a guaranteed payment module (Ogone).

Delivery

How must I choose the good mode of delivery for my order?

When you have confirmed the choice of the items, you will have to confirm the mode and the delivery address.
In fact, the delivery address can be different from the invoice address.

The delivery modes are :

Order > 200€, free delivery. Order < 199,99€, paying delivery (see board: conditions valid in Belgium only; for the rest of Europe: see the board)

You can also choose to come to the shop (see plan).

Who takes care of the delivery ?

All our deliveries are made by transporter.

What is the lead time?

It depends on the country where the package must be delivered. For Belgium, the packages are delivered within twenty-four hours or seventy-two hours.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs vary according to the delivery country. Have a look at our delivery tariff and conditions page.

In which country can I let deliver my order?

We mostly deliver in Belgium, Luxembourg, theNetherlands. Consult us for other countries. Don’t hesitate to contact us for every particular demand.

Can I fetch my order in the store?

If you want to avoid the delivery costs you can come and get your order in our shop: 204, rue de Hollogne, 4460 Jemeppe-sur-Meuse. We will send you a mail to inform you when your order is ready and when you can come.

I haven’t received my parcel. What must I do?

If you have a problem according to the delivery of your parcel, please, contact our customers’ service. It’s open from Monday to Thursday from 8 to 12 am and from 1 to 6 pm; every Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm.

What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery man comes with the parcel?

The delivery man will deliver your parcel during the day on the addresses you noticed when you ordered. A signature will be asked when the parcel will be given to you. During your absence, the delivery man will let in your letter box a note concerning his passage and he will generally come back to the same address within the twenty-four hours.

What are my personal data used for?

Your personal data given in your account are only used for a good commercial relation.
